GGBC-DCS Green new building rating

GGBC-DCS Green building rating system is designed for rating of new building construction for new building construction registration is required in our website www.GlobalGBC.org and confirm the order and our accessors will come to your site for free assessment. In the pre-assessment we do the gap analysis and training of all employees working on the project to know about Global Green Building Code.

                                   There are various green materials available in the market which needs to be replaced to conventional construction material to green and eco-friendly material e.g:- normal cement to be replaced with green cement or gypsum and flyers based cement  normal bricks to be replaced with flyass based bricks, normal glass to replaced with tempered glass, wooden furniture replaced with particular board.

      Benefit of new green building rating are as follows:-
